| Description: | I spent over nine months in Iran on invitation from the newly appointed CEO of ITRC, which is a consulting body of the ICT ministry in Iran. The assignment was to act as interim-CIO and advise the CEO, Dr. Khansari on IT-related matters. My activities included IT strategy development, founding a development team (mostly Drupal experts) to rollout a new website and internal portal for content management, BPM (documented via BPMN and implemented on Drupal), team leadership, enterprise architecture design and corporate identity development. |
